Clearing Data from a Table!

To remove data from a table’s cells while keeping the table structure

intact.!

1 From the menu select Format>Table>Clear...!

A dialog appears.!

2 Choose an option:!

Clear - Selected Cells.!

• Clear - Shift Cells Left.!

• Clear - Shift Cells Up.!

 →! !

3 Click OK to clear the cells.$
